Usage & Care


  • Always heat the pan before adding the oil, and add food once the oil has been heated. This helps prevent the food from sticking, by creating a temporary non stick surface
  • Cold food is more likely to stick to a hot pan. Allow meat / vegetables from the refrigerator to sit out for 10-15 mins before cooking.
  • Dry the pan after washing to prevent water spots. If water spots do come, rub with a moist sponge sprinkled with baking soda and rinse as usual
  • Only add salt to water once it has come to a boil in order to prevent pitting corrosion


  • Do not rush the preheating process by using high heat. High quality stainless steel is effective at holding heat and preheating on high will lead to overheating of the pan and burning the food
  • Do not wash in cold water straight from the cooktop. Allow pan to cool before washing to prevent warping
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or scrubbers as it can damage the steel and the finish
  • Do not use in the oven
